Job Title: Freelance Site Manager

Day Rate: £240 - £290 per day (Dependent on experience)About the Role
We are currently mapping out availability for experienced, locally-based freelance Site Managers to oversee upcoming major construction projects in the Slough region.
Key Responsibilities
Management of the site, ensuring sub-contractors are hitting critical path milestones safely and on schedule.
Maintain impeccable H&S standards, conducting site inductions, tool-box talks, and reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
Coordinate and push diverse trades (groundworks, RC frame, M&E, internal fit-out) to minimize delays and material wastage.
Conduct rigorous snagging and quality inspections to ensure all build packages meet client specifications and building regulations.
Maintain accurate daily site diaries, material logs, and progress reports for the Project Manager / Project Director.Required Qualifications & Tickets
Valid SMSTS CSCS Card (Black or Gold ), First Aid at Work (3-day valid certificate)
Working experience as Site Manager for a UK Main Contractor or major regional developer.
Proven track record managing high-rise residential builds, RC frame structures, or traditional house-building from groundworks through to internal fit-out and handover.
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to handle difficult sub-contractors and drive performance on a tight schedule.
