Lambeth | Full-Time | Long-term contract on supply
Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a welcoming and inclusive community one-form-entry primary school based in the Borough of Lambeth, in their search for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a long-term teaching contract through Tradewind from September.
This is a full-time position starting in September 2026 on a long-term but temporary basis initially, with the future opportunity to be offered a permanent contract based on suitability to the role/school after 1 year.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching within a primary school setting
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Lower Key Stage 1 curriculum
Be passionate about delivering creative and engaging lessons
Have excellent classroom management skills
Be committed to ensuring every child achieves their full potentialApplications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and strong Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to begin or continue their teaching journey within a supportive school environment - this contract does not support towards the ECT years.
