About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and highly organised SAAS Implementation Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, customer-facing SAAS projects. This is a pivotal role where you’ll take ownership of end-to-end implementations, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes while embedding strong governance and delivery excellence across our organisation.
You’ll work at the intersection of customers, delivery, and internal teams—bringing structure to complexity, driving momentum, and ensuring every project lands successfully.
What You’ll Be Doing
End-to-End Project Delivery Leadership
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent, complex projects
Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned to agreed outcomes
Establish clear governance structures, reporting rhythms, and communication plans
Own RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), budget tracking, and change control
Proactively identify risks and escalate early to keep delivery on track
Strengthening Governance & Ways of Working
Champion best practice delivery standards, tools, and templates
Work closely with the PMO to improve frameworks and governance processes
Drive consistency, discipline, and clarity across all project activity
Customer-Facing Delivery & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout onboarding and implementation
Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Manage expectations, negotiate priorities, and ensure alignment on scope and outcomes
Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience at every stage
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Professional Services
Align teams on timelines, dependencies, and resourcing
Facilitate decision-making and remove blockers to maintain momentum
Driving Continuous Improvement
Contribute to improving delivery maturity across the business
Share best practices, coach others, and support capability development
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Experience & Skills
Proven experience delivering complex projects in SaaS, digital transformation
Strong project delivery discipline with expertise in planning, governance, and RAID management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (including senior leaders and customers)
Experience in service transition, operational readiness, and ITIL-aligned environments
Ability to bring structure and clarity to fast-paced or ambiguous environments
Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive risk management capability
Collaborative approach with experience working alongside PMOs
Advanced use of Microsoft 365, including detailed project planning in Microsoft Project
Qualifications
You’ll hold at least one of the following:
PRINCE2 Practitioner
APM PMQ
AgilePM Practitioner
Scrum Master / Product Owner certification
Desirable
APM PPQ
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
ITIL Foundation
