Responsibilities:
Depending on placement, duties may include:
Supporting teachers during lesson delivery
Delivering targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy
Working with individual pupils who require additional support
Assisting with classroom preparation and resource organisation
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
Candidate Profile:
Applicants should demonstrate:
Experience working with children within educational settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A patient and adaptable approach
Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
Commitment to supporting pupil progress
