Meet Our Client
We are looking for compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a young lady in her mid-teens who lives at home with her family in Halifax.
She enjoys shopping, watching television, and has a real passion for beauty, especially having her hair and makeup done. As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll support her with her daily routines, providing personal and complex clinical care while encouraging her independence and helping her enjoy the activities she loves.
You'll play an important role in supporting her to access the community, spend quality time with family and friends, and live life on her own terms in a safe and nurturing environment.
This is a rewarding opportunity to build a positive relationship with both our client and her family while making a genuine difference every shift.
What You'll Need
We're looking for caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants with:
* A minimum of 3 months' care experience
* Confidence with medication administration, personal care, and moving & handling
* Good communication skills and a person-centred approach
* Complex care experience is desirable but not essential
