The Role
This is a hands-on warehouse position within a fast-paced removals and storage environment, where you'll be responsible for the movement, loading, and unloading of containers and storage items alongside goods-in and goods-out duties. You'll also support client booking management, liaise with customers, and work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
* Operating Reach FLTs to load, unload and transport materials within the warehouse
* Managing and processing warehouse client bookings via internal systems (full training provided)
* Ensuring container requests are fulfilled within agreed timeframes
* Accurately recording crate usage and supporting the admin team with invoicing
* Communicating with customers and clients by phone, email and face to face
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment always
What We're Looking For
* Licensed Reach FLT operator (counterbalance also advantageous)
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Strong communicator with good written and verbal English
* Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
* Able to lift up to 25kg unaided
* Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
* Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
