How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We’re working with a global industrial electronics manufacturer looking for a Process Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting a high-volume manufacturing operation.
    This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of manufacturing improvement projects, support new product introduction activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across production. You'll work closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Quality teams to improve efficiency, reduce waste and support manufacturing growth.
    The business manufactures thousands of products every day and continues to invest heavily in both people and production capability. This role offers excellent long-term development opportunities within a business known for promoting from within.

    * Improve manufacturing processes and help increase efficiency across production
    * Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing

    Essential Requirements of a Process Engineer
    * Experience within a Manufacturing, Production or Process Engineering role
    * Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience
    * Strong problem-solving skills
    * Experience improving processes within a manufacturing environment
    * Comfortable working with different teams across the business
    Desirable Requirements of a Process Engineer
    * New Product Introduction (NPI) experience
    High-volume manufacturing experience
    Six Sigma Green Belt or similar CI training
    Experience supporting manufacturing projects or equipment upgrades
    * Electronics, industrial manufacturing or regulated manufacturing experience
