A warm and welcoming residential care home supporting 35 residents in a beautiful rural location near Navenby is currently seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join their friendly night team.
The home provides high-quality, person-centred care within modern facilities and has built an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding support in a genuine family atmosphere.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents throughout the night, ensuring their comfort, safety, dignity and wellbeing. You will provide compassionate care, respond to residents’ needs and help create a calm and reassuring environment.

Responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality person-centred care
Supporting residents with personal care and mobility needs
Carrying out regular welfare checks and responding to call bells
Assisting residents with bedtime and morning routines
Maintaining accurate care records
Promoting residents’ independence, dignity and wellbeing
Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent standards of care
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential
Caring, reliable and compassionate nature
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
A genuine passion for supporting older people
