Due to the continued expansion of our friendly nursery in Retford, we are looking to welcome an enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our supportive team!

About the Role
You Will:
* Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 years
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in-line with the EYFS, including playtime, arts and crafts and educational games
* Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
* Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Maintain a clean and organised childcare environment
* Prepare and serve snacks, suitable for all intolerances and allergies
* Assist with nappy changes and potty training as needed
* Observe, assess and record children’s progress, communicating effectively with parents and raising any concerns as appropriate
* Work as part of a motivated and friendly team
* Follow all health and safety guidelines, including maintaining proper hygiene practices
What We’re Looking For:
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
* A genuine passion for working with young children
* A good understanding of the EYFS statutory framework
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A positive, caring and professional approach
* Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to learn)

£13.00 - £14.00 per hour
