Automotive Talent Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join a busy and successful independent dealership workshop.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician, Car Technician, Mechanic, MOT Tester or Automotive Technician looking to join a professional independent dealership with a strong reputation, busy workshop and consistent work.
The successful Vehicle Technician will be responsible for servicing, mechanical repairs, diagnostics, fault finding, vehicle maintenance, MOT repairs, warranty repairs and general workshop duties across a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
This role would ideally suit a Level 3 Vehicle Technician who also holds a valid MOT licence and EV or Hybrid certification, although strong Level 3 Technicians without MOT or EV will still be considered.
The Role:
* Carrying out vehicle servicing and repairs
* Completing diagnostics and fault finding
* Mechanical repairs and maintenance
* Brakes, suspension, clutches and timing belts
* MOT repairs and MOT preparation
* Vehicle health checks
* Warranty and repair work
* Working on a range of makes and models
* Completing job cards and workshop paperwork
* Maintaining high levels of workmanship
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3 or IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Previous Vehicle Technician experience
* Independent garage, dealership or main dealer background considered
* Strong mechanical repair experience
* Confident with servicing and diagnostics
* MOT Tester licence would be ideal
* EV or Hybrid certification would be highly beneficial
* Full UK driving licence
* Professional and reliable attitude
