Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop the administration and customer service team
* Oversee workload planning, scheduling and resource allocation
* Ensure efficient processing of all new and existing work instructions
* Monitor KPIs, performance and service levels
* Manage customer complaints and escalations through to resolution
* Produce operational and performance reports for senior management
* Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
* Support financial reporting, WIP management and cost control
* Build strong relationships with customers, clients and stakeholders
Requirements
* Previous experience managing administration and/or customer service teams
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Experience managing workloads, KPIs and service levels
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Confident handling customer complaints and escalations
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high service standards
