How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Client Service Executive

    We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Services Executive to join our team. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will take ownership of projects from initial handover through to delivery, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage.

    You will act as the key point of contact for clients, working closely with Sales and Production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage the day-to-day coordination of live client projects and orders
    Act as the main point of contact for client communication
    Provide clear and timely updates on production status and project progress
    Support the Sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and conversions
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity within CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive)
    Assist clients in decision-making by providing technical and commercial guidance
    Monitor production capacity and ensure deadlines and milestones are achieved
    Identify and escalate any operational or service issues where required
    Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and client experience

    About You

    We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

    You will have:

    Experience in a fast-paced client services or account management role
    Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    Commercial awareness and the ability to identify potential risks
    Confidence to challenge and influence internally to deliver the best outcomes for clients
    A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure

    Desirable Skills & Experience
