Rate: £233.02 per day (Umbrella)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council.
The successful candidate will undertake assessments in line with the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, working with children, adults, families, and carers to identify needs, manage risk, and develop outcome-focused care and support plans.
Key responsibilities include:
* Completing strengths-based assessments and reviews
* Managing complex caseloads
* Safeguarding children and adults at risk
* Developing and reviewing care and support plans
* Working collaboratively with partner agencies
* Attending and contributing to multi-agency meetings and statutory processes
* Maintaining accurate case records and reports
Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker
* Social Care Wales registration
* Experience within statutory social work services
* Strong assessment, safeguarding, and case management skills
