Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate electrical qualification testing activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
* Lead a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
* Analyse test data and results meticulously to verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Develop and review testing procedures, ensuring they meet technical specifications and safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan testing schedules and deliverables.
* Maintain detailed documentation of all testing activities, results, and certifications for audit purposes.
* Identify potential electrical issues or non-conformities during testing phases and recommend corrective actions.
* Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated, maintained, and used correctly in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

* Proven experience in electrical testing, certification, or related supervisory roles within the electrical industry.
