Location: Wexford, Ireland (Hybrid Working Available, with travel to Dublin once a month or so)
Salary: Up to €46,000 per annum

Are you passionate about compliance, audits, and information security? Do you have experience working with ISO standards and enjoy ensuring organisations remain audit-ready and compliant?

Datapac is looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join their growing team in Wexford. This is an exciting opportunity to support and develop compliance frameworks across multiple ISO standards while working within a well-established technology organisation and the rest of the group.

The Role

As Compliance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving the company's Integrated Management System (IMS), supporting compliance activities across:

ISO 27001 (Information Security Management)
ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
You'll coordinate audits, manage documentation and compliance registers, support risk management activities, and ensure the business remains audit-ready at all times.

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in candidates who have:

Strong experience with ISO 27001 (essential)
Hands-on exposure to internal and/or external audits, including preparing evidence and supporting audit processes
Experience working within structured compliance, governance, or quality environments
Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
Industry backgrounds we would love to see:

Technology/IT
Healthcare
Education
Professional Services
Regulated environments
We would also welcome applications from individuals with a Quality Assurance (QA) background. If you've worked with ISO standards and have transferable skills around audits, documentation control, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
