How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    The Marketing Coordinator / B2B events will play a key role in supporting marketing activities within the financial services sector, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.     Description

    Coordinate and deliver B2B events from initial planning through to execution.
    Manage all event logistics, including venue coordination, supplier management, attendee communications, and on-site support.
    Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop creative concepts and event materials.
    Coordinate the creation, production, and distribution of marketing collateral, artwork, and promotional materials.
    Source and manage branded merchandise and promotional items, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
    Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities aligned to business objectives.
    Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team.
    Assist with content creation, marketing communications, and other ad hoc marketing initiatives as required.

    Profile

    A successful Marketing Coordinator / B2B Events should have:

    A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    Previous experience in a marketing role within the financial services industry.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
    Ability to organise events.
    Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management software and analytics tools.
    The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
    A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
