How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Sales Development Representative £45,000 – £50,000 Base + Double OTE Manchester (Hybrid)

    We're partnering with an industry-leading, fast-growing SaaS business entering an exciting new phase of expansion.     The Opportunity

    You'll be at the forefront of new business growth, working closely with the leadership team and learning how modern SaaS sales really works, while developing into a top-performing sales professional.

    You'll:

    * Drive new business through outbound prospecting and smart, personalised outreach

    * Engage senior decision-makers within exciting, high-growth markets

    * Research target accounts and build ICPs to focus on the right opportunities

    * Run considered, multi-channel outreach across calls, email and LinkedIn

    * Book qualified meetings and build a strong pipeline for senior colleagues to close

    * Learn consultative selling working alongside experienced founders and SaaS leaders

    * Build and manage your own pipeline using CRM and modern sales tooling

    * Progress quickly to Account Executive as you develop and hit your targets

    This is not a "dial and smile" environment. It's a high-performance, consultative sales culture where outreach is personalised and research-led, you'll be developed properly, and there's a genuine path to becoming a future Account Executive and beyond.
