About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their growing team supporting high-value data centre projects across Finland, Norway and Austria. This London-based role will focus on ensuring commercial and contractual compliance across multiple international projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyse incoming contracts in collaboration with the internal legal team.
Work closely with overseas commercial leads to ensure all contracts and project arrangements comply with legal and company standards.
Provide commercial guidance to project teams on contract interpretation, risk management, and compliance matters.
Support the negotiation of contractual terms where required.
Maintain accurate records of contractual decisions, obligations, and actions across all projects.
Monitor commercial risks and support mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Strong commercial and contract management experience, ideally with exposure to the legal aspects of contract administration.
Proven experience managing or supporting international projects, preferably within the data centre, construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex contractual documentation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
Based in London and able to work flexibly across multiple time zones as required.
Desirable:
Experience with European contracts and legal frameworks.
Familiarity with data centre construction projects.
Experience working with multidisciplinary project delivery teams in an international environment

£120000.00 - £140000.00 per year
