This is a split shift day position Earlies and Lates; Monday – Friday
Early shift 07:00 – 16:00.
Late Shift 09:00 – 18:00.
Working for a very successful maintenance service provider with an established multi-manned maintenance contract that has been signed for another three years.
You will form part of a four-man team providing planned preventative maintenance across one large building within very close proximity of Liverpool Steet and the Barbican.
From speaking with the manager and site engineers we understand that there is a lot of overtime on offer.
With a very good basic salary plus great career stability, working with a client who is really happy and engaged with this service provider and considers them to be in real business partnership.
In this role as the Maintenance Engineer, you will working across all the Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC plant providing the lighting and power to this recently fitted out high end commercial offices.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer
* Planned Preventative Maintenance of all Electrical plant
* Power distribution, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Air Conditioning first line fix
* Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld
* Attending to breakdowns and failures related to controls and BMS kit
About You as a Maintenance Engineer
* Qualified Engineer with certificates, ideally apprentice trained
* Electrical or Mechanical
* Reliable , Steady and progressive work history
* Experienced in work on building services applications
