How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We're looking for a creative and commercially minded UI/UX Designer who understands how great design influences customer behaviour, improves user experience and ultimately drives conversions.

You'll be responsible for creating engaging digital experiences across websites, landing pages and customer journeys, helping to optimise performance across a portfolio of growing brands.

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly ambitious business that is investing heavily in its digital presence and customer experience. You'll work alongside an entrepreneurial marketing and ecommerce team where your ideas and expertise will have a direct impact on business growth.

    The Role

As UI/UX Designer, you'll take ownership of designing and improving digital experiences across multiple Ecommerce brands.

You'll combine user-centred design principles with commercial thinking to create intuitive, engaging and high-performing customer journeys.

    Key responsibilities include:

    * Designing engaging user experiences across websites, landing pages and digital touchpoints

    * Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs

    * Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer journeys

    * Collaborating with marketing, ecommerce and development teams to deliver seamless user experiences

    * Conducting user research, analysing behaviour and using insights to inform design decisions

    * Ensuring brand consistency whilst tailoring experiences for different audiences and brands

    * Supporting website launches, new product initiatives and digital campaigns

    * Keeping up to date with UI/UX best practices, ecommerce trends and emerging technologies

    About You

We're looking for a designer who combines creativity with a strong understanding of customer behaviour and digital performance.

You'll be passionate about creating intuitive user experiences and motivated by seeing your work contribute directly to business results.

    You'll ideally have:

    * Previous experience in a UI/UX Design role within Ecommerce, D2C or consumer-focused businesses

    * Strong experience using Figma and other relevant design tools

    * A portfolio showcasing website, ecommerce or digital product design work

    * Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and user journeys

    * A strong understanding of UX principles, customer behaviour and conversion optimisation

    * Experience working closely with developers and wider digital teams

    * Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail

    * Knowledge of CRO, user testing and data-led design approaches

    * An interest in emerging design trends and technologies

    What's in it for You?

    * £40,000 - £45,000 salary depending on experience

    * The opportunity to work across multiple growing consumer brands

    * A highly visible role where your work directly impacts customer experience and business performance

    * A collaborative, entrepreneurial and ambitious working environment

    * Significant opportunity for personal and professional development

    * The chance to help shape the future digital experience of a rapidly growing business

Applications should include a portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX and Ecommerce design work.

This is a live role with a key client. For immediate consideration and full details, please submit your application as soon as possible
