Aspire People are currently recruiting for a committed **Learning Support Assistant** to join a primary school setting.

This role is ideal for someone who may not hold a formal Teaching Assistant qualification but has valuable experience working with children or young people and wants to move into education.

Previous experience from roles such as youth work, childcare, sports coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or similar child-focused environments would be highly relevant.

**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils within the classroom environment
* Helping children access learning activities
* Supporting small-group work and interventions
* Encouraging positive behaviour and confidence
* Working alongside teachers and support staff
* Helping create a safe and engaging learning environment

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Experience working with children or young people
* Previous experience within a UK school is desirable
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Patient, approachable, and supportive personality
* Passionate about helping children develop
* Reliable and adaptable approach
