Commercial Gas Engineer
We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Commercial Gas Engineer
to join a well-established building services contractor covering
London and the Home Counties

Work Scope
You will be responsible for:
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs
Fault finding and diagnostics
Servicing commercial gas appliances
Minor installation and remedial works
Working across a variety of commercial buildings including offices, healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, and public sector sites
Requirements
Applicants must have:
Full UK Driving Licence
Commercial Gas experience
CCN1
CPA1
CENWAT
CODNCO1
CIGA1
ICPN1
TPCP1A
Salary & Benefits
£50,000–£57,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

1 in 8 call-out rota

About the Role
This is a mobile position covering
London and the Home Counties
, with approximately
95% of work based within London
. You'll be working across a varied portfolio of commercial maintenance contracts, carrying out servicing, repairs, and planned maintenance while delivering a high standard of customer service.
