We are currently recruiting experienced commercial professionals to join one of Europe's most significant hyperscale data centre developments in Helsinki, Finland.

Candidate Requirements
We are seeking professionals with:
Proven Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project experience
Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Life Sciences, Mission Critical or Large-Scale Industrial project backgrounds preferred
Strong commercial and contractual management expertise
Experience managing subcontractor packages, valuations, variations and final accounts
Knowledge of NEC, FIDIC or equivalent contract forms
Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills
Ability to work within a high-performance project delivery environment
