We’re seeking an exceptional VP Enterprise Growth to lead the next phase of expansion within our Work + Family enterprise division.
This is a high-impact, senior leadership role, reporting to the Executive Director and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team. You’ll define and deliver a market-leading go-to-market strategy, lead high-performing teams, and drive transformational growth through seven-figure enterprise deals and strategic account expansion.

- Proven success leading enterprise sales and growth at scale
- Experience winning and growing high-value, complex deals
- Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of enterprise clients (HR / Benefits leaders)
- A data-driven mindset with strong Salesforce expertise
