Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners of all abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for History and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.Key responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and challenging History lessons in line with the curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing effective feedback to support achievement.
Prepare students for GCSE examinations and support them in reaching their academic goals.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
