How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Role: Primary Teacher.

    Location: Bolton

    Start Date: September 2026 

    Contract: Long-term with Daily and Short Term Opportunities available.

    Salary: £600 – £800 per week (dependent on experience and scale point).

    Qualification: QTS required.

We are recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Teacher, Primary Supply Teacher and long-term teaching roles in welcoming primary schools across Bolton 

    Whether you are looking for daily supply work, experience across different schools, or a long-term classroom role to begin your career, we can help you secure the right opportunity.

    You’ll have the chance to teach across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, build classroom confidence, develop behaviour management skills, and gain valuable experience delivering the Primary National Curriculum.     Requirements

    To be considered for these ECT Teacher / Primary Teacher opportunities, you should have:

    QTS or be due to receive QTS this summer through your PGCE or Primary Education degree.
    A passion for teaching and supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
    Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
    Strong communication skills and confidence leading a class.
    A positive, flexible and reliable attitude.
    The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
    Availability for supply work and/or long-term teaching roles from September 2026.
    Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
