The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Carbon Laminator to join our team, delivering elite design, engineering, and manufacturing solutions for some of the world’s most exclusive and ultra-premium car programmes.
As a Carbon Laminator, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality composite components using carbon fibre materials, working from detailed engineering drawings, lay-up manuals, and technical specifications. With a keen eye for detail, you will accurately prepare, cut, and laminate materials, ensuring correct fibre orientation and precise ply placement throughout the build process.
You will take pride in producing components to exacting quality standards, carrying out visual inspections and maintaining a consistent focus on accuracy, workmanship, and continuous improvement.
To thrive in this role, you will be a highly motivated and reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a methodical approach to your work are essential, as is the ability to follow technical instructions and maintain high standards under pressure.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team will be key to your success, along with a genuine passion for precision manufacturing and delivering exceptional results.
Working Hours

Requirements
* Lay up composite material
* Lay up visual components
* Read and interpret technical engineering drawings
* Work to achieve production deadlines set for the department
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment which conforms to 5S Principles.
* Previous experience in a similar field is essential
