Operational Excellence & Inventory Control
Oversee and optimise end-to-end warehouse tasks, including stock receiving, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
Maintain rigorous inventory control and stock accuracy tracking across our omnichannel framework.
Troubleshoot and resolve live operational bottlenecks or staff queries seamlessly as they arise.
Process Improvement & Safety
Design and implement smart workflow adjustments to boost productivity, reduce waste, and improve shift turnaround times.
Maintain a pristine, organised, and hyper-efficient warehouse environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven track record in warehouse supervision or management, ideally within an omnichannel distribution or wholesale environment.
Licensing: A valid Counterbalance Forklift Operator Licence is required (an articulated/Bendi licence is highly desirable).
Technical Savvy: Proficient in modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and standard logistics software.
Leadership Style: Exceptional communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities with a natural knack for leading teams under pressure.
Physical Work: This role requires hands-on work with the team; you must be prepared to be hands-on.
