Maintain, service, and repair a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards
Conduct routine maintenance and complex repairs, ensuring first-time fix rates are achieved
Complete MOT testing in line with regulatory standards
Diagnose faults accurately using problem-solving skills and diagnostic equipment
Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent service
Work collaboratively within a team to enhance the customer experience
Adhere to health and safety regulations and dealership policies at all timesRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Relevant formal qualification such as City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Automotive
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealership or independent garage
Own set of tools necessary for repairs and diagnostics
Full UK driving licence to operate company and customer vehicles
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
