We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Engineer with strong plumbing and gas knowledge to join our maintenance team. This role is suited to someone confident across a range of trades, able to complete jobs start-to-finish with minimal follow-on works.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out a wide range of multi-trade maintenance and repair works in varying locations throughout the UK
* Plumbing repairs, fault finding, and minor installations
* Gas servicing, repairs, and safety checks (where required)
* Carpentry, joinery, and general building repairs
* Tiling, patch plastering, and making good
* Minor electrical works (where qualified)
* Reactive maintenance and planned works in occupied properties
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
* Ensuring all works comply with current health & safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Engineer
* Strong plumbing background (essential)
* Gas Safe Registered (preferred but not essential)
* NVQ or equivalent trade qualification (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and manage varied workloads
