The role is to start asap covering lessons in a secondary school, working as a Cover Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the classroom and ensuring lessons are delivered.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups
* Managing behaviour in line with school policy
* Supporting pupils with their learning and encouraging participation
* Reporting back to the regular class teacher at the end of the day
* Keeping a positive, professional presence in the classroom
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working in schools with QTS
* Confidence managing a classroom independently
* A flexible and adaptable approach to the school day
* Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
* Two references that can comment on your work with children/young people
