Key Responsibilities
* Provide therapeutic care and support to residents, including autism and complex needs
* Observe, monitor, and accurately record residents’ conditions and progress
* Support individuals through their care pathway, promoting independence and choice
* Deliver person-centred care with dignity, compassion, and honesty
* Work collaboratively with a team of multi-professionals to deliver personalised care
Requirements
* Minimum of 6 months experience in a social care setting
* Strong values, empathy, and the resilience to support adults in day-to-day routines
* A current Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
* Right to work in the UK
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to pay for practical training if not already completed (including PBM, Manual Handling, Buccal)
* Willingness to complete required online training (at no cost)
