What you’ll be doing as General Manager:
You will have full P&L responsibility for a substantial business unit based in Kendal, with accountability for commercial performance, customer retention, profitability and long-term growth.
You will lead an experienced management team, work closely with key customers and play a visible role in developing both the business and its people.
What we’re looking for in a General Manager:
You may currently be a:
Regional Director
Business Unit Leader
Operations Director
Commercially focused Regional Manager
You'll be able to demonstrate:
Full or significant P&L accountability
Experience growing and retaining customer relationships
Confidence leading commercial discussions, including pricing and service reviews
A track record of improving profitability and business performance
Experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams
Strong commercial judgement combined with visible leadership
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and delivering results through both customers and people.
