The Maths Teacher Opportunity
This part-time Maths teacher position will commence in September and offers the chance to teach GCSE level students in Key Stage 4. The pupils are academically able but have struggled with life in a bigger school environment which is why they make such great progress both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities
As a Maths teacher, responsibilities will include:
Delivering engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons.

The successful Maths teacher will possess:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
A strong academic background in Mathematics.
Experience teaching in SEMH, alternative provision, or secondary school settings (desirable but not essential).
Excellent classroom management skills tailored to SEMH students.
Experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary setting.
A commitment to raising attainment and fostering a positive learning culture.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
