They specialise in heat treatment processes to produce blades and components with guaranteed quality, hardness, and performance. The company can offer a competitive rate of £15-20 per hour with overtime available.
Key Responsibilities
Set and operate 3-axis VMC milling machines to produce precision components
Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models accurately
Use metrology tools to verify component quality
Maintain production output targets while upholding exacting quality standards
Work proactively to solve problems and ensure smooth production flowRequirements
Previous experience setting and operating CNC milling centres
Competent with 3-axis VMC machines
Ability to manage multiple machines efficiently
Strong attention to detail and numerical ability
Ability to read and work from technical drawings

Shift Pattern 1: 4-day week (days), Shift Pattern 2, 3-night week - Rotating Shift PatternOR option to work permanent nights
