Teaching Assistant needed Enfield Primary School - September Start

Are you passionate about helping children thrive and achieve their full potential? We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 2 (KS2) at our welcoming and inclusive primary school in Enfield.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pupils to:

Support learning and development across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Deliver targeted interventions and small-group activities.
Assist children with varying learning needs, including SEND where appropriate.
Help create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic progress.
Contribute to school activities, trips, and events.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

✅ Has experience working with primary-aged children (desirable but not essential).
✅ Is enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing.
✅ Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✅ Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
✅ Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
✅ Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
