Duties of the Mobile Vehicle Technician role:
* Conduct comprehensive mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and servicing on customer vehicles
* Provide technical advice of a high standard and deliver outstanding customer service
* Travel to multiple customer locations in line with operational requirements
* Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults accurately
* Maintain detailed records of all repairs and services carried out
* Ensure work adheres to safety and quality standards at all times
Requirements for the Mobile Vehicle Technician position:
* Full valid driving licence
* NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification
* Minimum of 12 months’ experience as a vehicle technician
* Strong diagnostic capabilities with confidence in repair work
* Customer-focused with professional, friendly attitude
* Adaptability to mobile working and flexible hours
