Our client, a reputable and rapidly expanding national automotive service centre in Ripley, is seeking to recruit a skilled Fast Fit Technician. Employee rewards and incentive programmesDuties of a Fast Fit Technician:

Conduct tyre fitting and repairs to a high industry standard
Perform brake, exhaust, suspension, and mechanical repairs
Carry out basic vehicle servicing and maintenance
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional repair requirements
Complete accurate documentation of work undertaken
Ensure vehicles are returned to customers clean and presentable
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
Support workshop team to deliver industry-leading service standardsRequirements of a Fast Fit Technician:

NVQ Level 2, Level 3, or equivalent automotive qualification
Proven experience with fast fit repairs including tyres, brakes, exhausts, and routine servicing
Good mechanical knowledge across a variety of vehicle makes and models
Strong customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
Full UK driving licence
