The Role

As Deputy Head Teacher, you will:

Support the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school.
Lead and inspire high-quality teaching and learning across the curriculum.
Drive school improvement initiatives and contribute to achieving outstanding outcomes for all pupils.
Monitor, evaluate, and enhance pupil progress and attainment.
Develop and support staff through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe school culture.
Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead where appropriate.
