About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced UPVC Window & Door Assembler/Fabricator to join our production team. You’ll be responsible for manufacturing high‑quality UPVC windows, doors and frames using a range of tools, machinery and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate UPVC windows, doors and frames to specification using Fenestration
* Operate saws, welders, routers, corner cleaners and hand tools
* Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
* Assemble hardware including hinges, locks, gaskets and beading
* Carry out quality checks throughout the build process
* Maintain a clean and safe working area
* Work to daily production targets
* Report defects, shortages or machine issues promptly
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in UPVC fabrication or similar manufacturing work
* Confident using hand tools, power tools and fabrication machinery
* Ability to read measurements and technical drawings
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Reliable, punctual and able to work to deadlines
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Aluminium fabrication experience
* Glazing or hardware fitting experience
* CNC experience
* FLT licence
