Attractive working hours: Monday from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Tuesday to Friday from 8.15am to 5.00pm, and one in four Saturday mornings from 9.00am to 1.00pmDuties of the Master Vehicle Technician:
Conduct advanced diagnostics to identify and resolve complex faults on vehicles to manufacturer standards
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and colleagues
Perform quality control checks on both new and used vehicles ensuring high standards of workmanship
Maintain excellent customer service and promote workshop reputation for exceptional service levels
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and manufacturer protocols
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop environmentRequirements:
Between 3 to 5 years of experience as a qualified Master Vehicle Technician, ideally with a premium brand
Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical expertise, with a proven track record in performing complex repairs
Previous experience in a senior or Master Technician role
NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent qualification
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment
Full, clean UK driving licence is essential
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
