Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker

The Best Connection are recruiting for a Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner on behalf our client based in Aintree.

The role includes the following:

Select appropriate wood types and materials, and prepare them according to detailed specifications
Craft bespoke cabinets, furniture and architectural features tailored to ecclesiastical and luxury home environments
Execute precise joinery techniques including dovetailing, mortise and tenon and other traditional woodworking joints
Operate hand tools such as chisels, saws and Operate power tools such as sanders, routers, drills
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all work meets design specifications and craftsmanship standards
Interpret technical drawings, schematics and cutting lists with precision
Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as they arise.
Collaborate effectively with fellow joiners, carpenters and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution

Key Requirements:

Proven relevant experience or apprenticeships
Skilled in using hand and power tools with strong joinery knowledge
High standards of precision and craftsmanship
Capable of resolving fabrication issues efficiently

The working hours are 08:30 - 16:30, Mon - Fri.
