The Opportunity
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will become a valued member of the school community and play an active role in supporting teaching and learning across the primary phase.
You will:
✔ Support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
✔ Work alongside experienced class teachers and senior leaders
✔ Deliver small group interventions in English and Maths
✔ Support pupils with varying learning needs
✔ Help prepare engaging learning activities
✔ Build confidence leading small groups and parts of lessons
✔ Develop behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
✔ Gain first-hand insight into the teaching profession
