As an Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling engineers, coordinating installation works, and managing day-to-day project logistics
* Producing RAMS, organising project documentation, and supporting compliance requirements across live projects
* Managing accommodation, materials, stock levels, subcontractors, and resolving issues that arise on active sites
* Producing job reports for clients, updating project management systems, and maintaining accurate project records
The successful Project Coordinator should have:
* Previous experience within an Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Scheduler, Planner, or similar role
* Experience using project or service management software such as Simpro (desirable)
* Strong Microsoft 365 skills and excellent organisational and communication abilities
* Experience within Solar PV, Electrical, Construction, Engineering, or a similar technical environment (desirable)
