AI Solution Architect - Financial Services Consulting

We're hiring AI Solution Architects in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴

This is a rare opportunity to join a leading consulting and technology firm helping major banking clients move AI out of the lab and into production.

You'll be designing GenAI and agentic AI architectures that actually ship working across LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and MLOps in complex, regulated environments.

What the role involves:

Shaping AI and GenAI strategy and roadmaps for enterprise banking clients
Building scalable AI/ML and Agentic AI platforms on AWS, Azure, GCP and Databricks
Working with LangChain/LangGraph, embeddings, semantic search and agent frameworks
Advising on governance, integration patterns and platform capability
Collaborating across engineering, data, DevOps and business teams

What you'll bring:

Enterprise AI or ML architecture experience
Strong cloud and modern data platform knowledge
A background in Financial Services or another regulated industry (essential)
The ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

Roles are open from Manager to Associate Director level, with a hybrid working model based in Scotland.
