Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a highly regarded specialist school in Barnet to recruit dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants for September starts.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and well-resourced school that caters for pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and moderate to severe learning needs.

The Role:
Supporting students with a range of special educational needs on a 1:1 and small-group basis
Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated learning activities
Promoting positive behaviour and supporting students' social and emotional development
Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
Experience supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties, or complex needs
A patient, adaptable, and positive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
