Must haves

* Experience specifying products within construction, landscaping, or a related industry

* Confident delivering CPDs and technical presentations

* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders

* Ability to manage your own diary and work autonomously

* Highly organised with strong time management skills

* Comfortable presenting to different levels of stakeholders

* Full UK driving licence

Nice to haves

* Knowledge of green roofs, blue roofs, or sustainable building systems

* Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and activity

* Strong technical understanding with confidence handling objections

* Degree or relevant qualification in a related field

So, what will you be doing?

* Developing high-quality technical specifications across multiple product areas

* Building strong relationships within the design community, including architects and consultants

* Managing and progressing project opportunities through the specification pipeline

* Promoting sustainable solutions across green roofs, living walls, and related systems

* Delivering CPDs and technical presentations to support product awareness

* Collaborating with contractors, clients, and internal teams to drive project delivery

* Tracking and reporting on specification activity, pipeline growth, and project updates

* Ensuring health and safety compliance across relevant project activity

* Supporting continuous improvement and business strategy initiatives
