What You'll Do:

Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems
Conduct regular BRCGS, RSPO, retailer audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for quality improvement
Lead and mentor a dedicated quality team to achieve excellence
Analyse quality data and prepare insightful reports for management
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all processesWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Quality Manager wihtin manufacturing
Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
A proactive and energetic approach to leadership
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant qualifications in Quality Management or related fields and knowledge of quality systems and standards, such as BRC, RSPO, GMP
