How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Financial Services Administrator
     
    Salary/Rate:  £15/hour + 25 Days Annual Leave Entitlement
    Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Thursday & Friday OR 10:00 – 14:30 Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

    As the Financial Services Administrator you will work closely with Financial Advisers and Insurance Specialists, providing essential administrative support while delivering an excellent customer service experience to clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all processes run smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard.

    This fantastic opportunity offers both flexibility and stability, along with the chance to join a supportive and well-respected firm.
     
    This role as the Financial Services Administrator will include the below responsibilities: 

    Handling client administration for IFAs, including new business and policy renewals
    Deal and solve client enquiries promptly and effectively
    Managing policy servicing, performing valuations, and working with online systems
    Writing reports, researching the market, and recommending appropriate solutions for clients
    Building relationships with insurers to secure the best service and terms  
    The ideal candidate for this Financial Services Administrator role will require: 

    Previous administration exposure in financial services is essential 
    Experience using Intelligence Office systems is preferred but not essential
    A naturally confident communicator 
    A relationship builder looking to provide a professional and personable service 
    Attentive with a keen eye for detail
    Previous exposure with financial wealth would be advantageous
