How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Are you an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys a varied role and doesn't mind getting involved beyond stock movements and forklift work?

We're recruiting for a Warehouse & Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing operation. This is not a traditional warehouse role where you'll spend all day on a forklift. Instead, you'll support both warehouse and production activities, helping materials flow efficiently through the operation.

This role would suit someone from a manufacturing, warehouse or industrial background who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in doing a job properly.

    The Role

    Responsibilities will include:

Loading, unloading and moving materials safely around site

Operating a Counterbalance Forklift as part of daily duties

Picking, preparing and organising materials for production

Supporting stock control and warehouse organisation

    Assisting production teams when required

Carrying out quality and visual checks

    Maintaining high housekeeping standards

Following Health & Safety procedures and site processes at all times

    About You

You'll be someone who enjoys a hands-on role and is comfortable working within a manufacturing environment.

    You will have:

A valid national Counterbalance Forklift licence

Previous warehouse, production or manufacturing experience

Experience handling stock and materials within an industrial setting

Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements

Strong work ethic and dependable attitude

Willingness to support both warehouse and production activities

    Own transport due to location

    What's On Offer?

    Permanent, full-time role

    Monday to Friday working hours

    Stable and secure business

Varied role with plenty of day-to-day involvement

    Friendly team environment

Long-term opportunity with training and support

If you're looking for a warehouse role where you'll be part of the wider operation and not just sat on a forklift all day, we'd love to hear from you
